- A group is seventeen (17) or more
- Groups up to 56 can Charter the Champagne Vista Dome.
- Groups up to 54 can Charter the Silverado Grill.
- Groups up to 132 may Charter the Gourmet Express-Single Seating.
- Groups up to 144 may Charter the Gourmet Express-Half of the Train.
- Groups up to 264 may Charter the Gourmet Express.
- Groups up to 320 may Charter the Gourmet Express & Champagne Vista Dome.
- Groups up to 370 may Charter the Express, Vista Dome & Grill.
- Groups enjoy avoiding lines by being pre- boarded by our Group Sales Staff
- Groups order directly from freshly prepared menus as if they are individuals!
- Train Fare discounts vary depending on time of year and day of week
- Commemorative picture discounts are available with advance arrangements
- Special events may be customized to suit a group's date needs & budgets.
The McKinstry Street Station, is much like a beautiful hotel lobby and can be reserved for meetings, receptions or "after dinner dancing". Group reservations are secured in advance via contract. Tentative reservations are NOT taken, call for reservations as soon as dates are definite.
