· Regency Ballroom is located at east end of lobby and can be divided into 6 sub-sections, depending upon meeting and/or exhibit needs
· All other meeting space is located on the Second Floor Mezzanine
· 12 meeting rooms all offer individual controls for sound, music, telephones, multiple electrical/microphone outlets, special lighting effects, master controls for heat/AC and 110V single-phase electricity. All meeting space located on the first and second floor offer high-speed internet access.
· Capitol View: Unparalleled meeting space atop of the Hyatt, offering panoramic views of Sacramento to San Joaquin Valley and the State Capitol

Note: The above arrangements do not include space for head tables, podiums, audio visual, etc. The appropriate space should be allotted for any of these additional needs.

Our Regency Ballroom offers a formal dining experience with 16' ceilings and an elegant ambiance. Or, you may choose to celebrate your Sacramento wedding atop our 15th floor, in the premiere Capitol View room offering a breathtaking view of the Sacramento Skyline, State Capitol and Capitol Park.
