Each rental day earns your company one rental credit.
All it takes is 15 rental credits for your company to earn a Free Rental Day Certificate.

Customized Billing Options
For qualified companies, we offer billing options that allow business travelers to charge their rentals to a company-guaranteed account.
Corporate Monthly Billing Statement
Available to qualified companies with a centralized internal accounting system, and at least 10 traveling employees.
One monthly statement shows all employee rental activity for each month. Expenses for each individual are subtotaled for easier accounting.
You pay by writing one check.
An Authorized Representative card will enable new employees or travelers not using a credit card to be temporarily integrated into your accounting and tracking systems. The Hertz One Trip Travel Order (OTTO) will enable infrequent travelers, new or relocating employees, job applicants or others requiring a one-time rental to be easily integrated into your accounting system.
Individual Monthly Billing Statement
Available if you maintain separate expense accounts for each employee and have at least 50 traveling employees.
Every month, individual travelers receive a statement showing their personal rental activity for that month.
Statements can be addressed to each employee at either their business address or residence.
