Facilities

The Grand Sierra Resort and Casino's extensive meeting, function and exhibit space is located in its own wing, secluded from the many entertainment and dining options the hotel has to offer, so that you can conduct your convention or event in a professional setting, without traversing our elegant casino! Grand Ballroom: 39,846 square feet, an elegant location for your great occasion.

Summit Pavilion: 45,312 square feet, a multi-use pavilion large enough to host 300 booths.

Silver State Pavilion: 41,364 square feet, offering a ceiling tall enough for a pole vaulting event, and a pavilion large enough for your boating trade show.

Nevada Conference & Exhibition Center: 44,115 square feet, this flexible room can host a smaller show and perimeter breakouts or one large show!

Grand Theatre: Home to the world's largest stage, there is no better location to host your own business theater! Equipped with state-of-the-art sound system and visual effects, your event will be unforgettable!

Crystal Ballroom: 7,096 square feet, across from the Grand Ballroom. The Crystal Ballroom is an excellent junior ballroom with breakouts.

Mezzanine Breakouts: 12 breakouts, ideal for smaller sessions, committee meetings, or smaller social gatherings.

Board Room: When the chairman of the board demands an upscale location, our Board Room is fully equipped for an impressive meeting location.

Our catering staff can serve coffee for 10, or a cocktail reception for thousands. And if you're looking to produce a themed event, we have six packages to choose from — or we'll create a customized motif that suits your style.

Convention Planning

Meetings & Conventions
Throughout the planning and implementation of your events your Meetings & Conventions Manager will serve as your primary contact. All information (except catering which should go directly through your Catering Manager) should flow through your Meetings & Conventions Manager to ensure that all elements are in place.

Catering/Banquets
During planning and on-site your Catering Manager will be your contact for all details regarding your banquet or catered functions including menus, pricing, bars, room set-up & guarantees.

Special Event Venues on Property
The Grand Sierra Resort and Casino offers a wide variety of on-site entertainment venues that are available to you on a group basis, for dedicated convention events or group leisure activities at group rates. Specific pricing will be confirmed based upon your needs as outlined to the hotel. Some of these options are the Grand Theatre featuring the world's largest stage, our 50-lane Bowling Center, The Fun Quest Arcade, indoor and outdoor golf venues, miniature golf, go karts and The Ultimate Rush Speed & Thrill Park.

Also, our 110,000 sq. ft. casino can offer a variety of tournaments and special casino events tailored to your group.
