Deposit:
There is a non refundable deposit of $100.00 to hold a date for all functions. The deposit will be credited toward the final bill.
Payment:
Full payment must be received on the day of the event.

Pricing:
The prices may change do to market fluctuations, unless a contract is already agreed upon. Banquets can be booked up to one year in advance.
Tax & Service Charge:
A 7.75% sales tax and 20% service charge will be added to all food and beverage items.
Number of Guests:
You must confirm the number of guests and food selections 5 business days in advance of the event. The final count received at this time is the minimum amount you will be charged on the day or night of your event. It is the host’s responsibility to contact the event coordinator with any changes in the number of guests for food.
Desserts:
You may choose a dessert from our menu or you may bring in your own dessert. A fee of $15.00 will be applied to your bill if you choose to bring in your own.
Beverage:
You may also bring in your own bottles of wine if you choose, A corkage fee will be added to your bill of $10.00 per bottle.
Bar:
The bar for banquets can be set up a few different
Ways. Your bar can be set up as a Hosted bar for the entire event or for a limited time during your event. You can also request a No-Host bar in which drinks can be purchased by your guests
Example:
Domestic Keg: 110 pints in 1 keg - $3.00 per pint x 110 = $330.00 per keg.
Import Keg: 100 pints in 1 keg - $4.25 per pint x 100 = $425.00 per keg
There are 4 glasses of wine per bottle. Wine consumption is usually estimated at 3 glasses per person. Our house wine is $15.00 per bottle or you may choose a favorite from our wine list available to you at various prices.
Non alcoholic beverages are also available.
Bartender:
The banquet room has a portable bar that can be set-up to accommodate your group. The fee for a private bartender is $20.00 per hour, minimum 4 hours. This includes your set-up and break down fee.
Any event that runs over 4 hours will be assessed a $25.00 per hour fee for each additional hour.
Banquet Room:
Use of the room is for 4 hours. There can be an extension for the room for a fee of $50.00 an hour. The banquet coordinator will need to know this ahead of time.
Banquet Room with no Food:
The Room can be made available for a fee of $150.00 for 4 hours. Any additional time over the 4 hours will be $100.00 an hour.
Seating Capacity:
Our Banquet Room will seat up to 60 people. A cocktail & hors d’oeuvre party can accommodate a larger group up to 75 people maximum. |
