Domaine Carneros Sparkling Brunch

Chef Andrew Cain and his culinary team invite you to Wine Country’s finest sparkling brunch. In partnership with Domaine Carneros, the regionally inspired wine country brunch is a celebration of innovative California cuisine and good taste.

Designed to exude the California wine country experience, our culinary team proudly showcases the region's abundant organic local products and produce.

Santé Restaurant

Santé Restaurant is the Inn's premier dining room and has earned a national reputation for its outstanding food. Recipient of the prestigious AAA Four Diamond award, Santé is the only restaurant in the Sonoma Valley to receive this accolade. Condé Nast Traveler said 'it's worth a special trip just to eat here' and Gourmet Magazine calls the food 'the best of the new Wine Country style.' Only the freshest local produce, meats, poultry and seafood are used to create elegantly simple dishes that let the natural flavors of the food speak for themselves.

A wine list, honored with Wine Spectator's 2007 'Award of Excellence' features over 500 Sonoma and Napa wines.

The Big 3

The Big 3 is located on the north corner of the Inn's grounds and has been pleasing customers for over 50 years with its casual bistro atmosphere, hearty country breakfasts and eclectic American cuisine.

Our famous Lemon Pancakes, Eggs Benedict, Homemade Macaroni & Cheese and Pizzas are all specialties. All of our recipes are available upon request. The Big 3's outstanding cuisine has resulted in its consistently being a local favorite in Sonoma!

Standard Hours of Operation (open 7 days a week):
Breakfast: 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Lunch: 11:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Dinner: 5:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.

In-room Dining

In-Room Dining at The Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa is not just another meal - it is the ultimate experience in convenience and comfort. Early risers can choose breakfast from the doorknob menu or indulge your morning cravings from the full menu. The All Day Dining menu offers healthful and delicious food with a variety that will satisfy individual appetite desires. Perfect for a romantic dinner for two, the Dinner Menu is complete with appetizers, caviar service, gourmet entrees, desserts, and wines from the award winning wine list.

A small gathering in your room is easily accommodated with hors d'oeuvres by the dozen and a full bar set up by our staff. The culinary team in the Inn's premier dining room kitchen, the Sante Restaurant, creates all of the cuisine. The Chef and the In-Room Dining Manager oversee that you receive the same quality of food as if you were dining in the restaurant with appropriate service in the privacy and convenience of your bedroom.

The Water Tower

Come and relax poolside, next to the historical landmark of The Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn's Water Tower. Enjoy our freshly prepared Sandwiches and Salads along with one of our refreshing cocktails or fruit smoothies. A great place to dine in the Californian sun.
