Della Santina's

Welcome to Della Santina's, Sonoma's own Italian Trattoria, Rosticceria, and Pasticceria. Like most Tuscan trattorias, the restaurant is family owned, providing a simple and casual dining experience just off the square in Downtown Sonoma. Della Santina's is similar to the rustic neighborhood restaurants found throughout all of Northern Italy that serve fresh, unassuming, conventional local fare.

At Della Santina's you will find homemade pastas, rotisserie meats, fresh fish, and many daily specialties all using fresh ingredients with simple preparation.

As the name "rosticceria" describes, we have rotisserie meats, including chicken, duck and rabbit. All are prepared in the traditional Tuscan style using fresh Italian herbs and spices.
Similar to Tuscan pasticceria's, Della Santina's also creates homemade desserts, including tiramisu, panna cotta, chocolate mousse torte, lemon tortes and more.

Take out and catering services are available. We also have facilities for banquets, such as corporate functions, cocktail parties and rehearsal dinners. Dining reservations are recommended.

The doors to Della Santina's opened in June, 1990 by Quirico (Dan) and Shirley Della Santina. Formerly one of the owners of Marin Joe's in Corte Madera, Quirico decided to bring his family recipes to the wine country. In 1991, Quirico and Shirley's son Robert joined the business. He now runs the front of the restaurant and is responsible for the large selection of wines on the menu. He and his wife, Nicole, have also started the restaurant's wine club, Enoteca Della Santina, featuring value wines from around the world.
