This program is offered Wednesday and Thursday of each week starting January 9th and 10th, through end March.

Day 1.

After check in, gather to enjoy a selection of wine and food pairings. Learn the perfect combinations of food flavors and wine selections. Evening free to enjoy dinner in Calistoga or elsewhere.

Day 2.

Light breakfast served between 8:00 and 9:00 AM.
Following breakfast the small group (maximum 10) will participate in a full morning demonstration of seasonal wine country cooking designed for entertaining. Dishes will reflect classical wine country European influences as well as some of Gillian’s broader international experience. The dishes prepared will be served as a sumptuous lunch with local Napa Valley wine pairings. The afternoon is free for you to enjoy a spa treatment, visit a special winery or other activity of your choice. Around 6 PM a local winery will provide a comprehensive tasting of their wines. The evening is free.

Day 3.

Full Craftsman Inn champagne breakfast served between 8:30 and 9:30 AM. Late morning check out.

Price: $750 for two people. Includes two nights accommodation in the luxury Craftsman Inn room of your choice.

Escape from your stresses and strains and let your whole person relax ready to enjoy all that Napa Valley has to offer with this Aromatherapy and massage combination. 60, 90 or 120 minutes.

3. Pamper her (or him)…
Take care of yourself or your partner with this attentive personal package designed to relax, revive and care for you. Enjoy a personalized one-hour massage together with your choice of half hour exfoliating foot scrub and reflexology or facial. Take both for the ultimate two-hour package. 90 or 120 minutes.

As the frenzied activity of the harvest and crush subside and the bulk of visitors fade away the valley takes on a different and quieter character. The vines are dormant and the new vintage is beginning its’ gentle maturation deep in the caves of the wineries. For those with the flexibility to travel now it is a wonderful opportunity to experience the Napa wine country. Wineries have more time for you and will often be happy to give more extensive tours and barrel tastings. You can usually have your choice of restaurants without having to reserve many months in advance and the same is true of spas.

We have created this package together with our friends and neighbors at some of our favorite local wineries to bring you a unique opportunity to have an intimate and personalized wine country experience that is difficult to achieve in the busy season.
