"NEW" GOLF TOURNAMENT PLANNER UNVEILED
The Chardonnay Golf Club in the Napa Valley has teamed up with Golf Digest to offer all tournament groups conducting their events at the Club an easy-to-use tournament management software package - Free of Charge!
The Golf Digest Tournament Planner (GDTP) software provides a complete tournament management application which will assist Tournament Organizers in all facets of the event planning cycle. Users of the tournament management software can use all of the application's features, or only those that are vital to their specific needs.
STAY & PLAY GOLF PACKAGES NOW AVAILABLE
We have just finalized the addition of "Stay & Play Golf Packages" with the "Historic Napa River Inn", "Carneros Inn" and the "River Terrace Inn" hotels located in downtown Napa.

Wedding Ceremony & Receptions
Oak Tree Ceremony
Located on the first tee of our Vineyards Course, our majestic Oak Tree evokes a sense of awe with its dramatic silhouette as the backdrop for your ceremony. The package includes bridal suite with complimentary refreshments, golf limousine cart service to ceremony site, ceremony chairs, white carpet runner and two rounds of golf. The Oak Tree Ceremony fee is $2000.00
The Clubhouse Reception
The View Room and Patio adjacent to our Banquet Room makes for the perfect combination for dinner and dancing. With sweeping views of our course, Oak Tree and vineyards, the View Room’s bay window view is the crown jewel of our property. The vaulted ceilings and clean, simple lines in the Banquet Room can transform into your dream dining room configuration. Our Banquet Room can accommodate up to 170 seated guests or 200 seated guests when used in conjunction with the View Room. The Clubhouse Reception fee is $3000.00 for a six-hour block of time
The Moonlight Grove Ceremony and Reception
A picture-perfect lawn setting among vineyards and mountain ranges, this tranquil ceremony site is truly unique. This area fans out of a large event tent with capacity from 100 to 500 guests. You will feel as if you are dining in an elegant cloud surrounded by vistas and dramatic views. The package includes bridal suite with complimentary refreshments, golf limousine cart service to ceremony site, ceremony chairs, white carpet runner and two rounds of golf. The Moonlight Grove Ceremony and Reception fee is $7500.00 for a six-hour block of time
Included in both venue packages:
White or ivory floor length linens and linen napkins, tables and chairs, flatware, china, stemware and votive candles Please deduct $1000.00 from facility fee if booking a Friday or Sunday event.
