Group Activity Programs
Bonaventura "Special-Activity Programs for Groups" begin with ballooning at sunrise, focusing the energy and excitement into a creative day integrated with feature teachers/guides in Art, Photography, Cooking/Wine, Inn-to-Inn Walking Excursions, Bicycling, and Group/Company Incentive Experiences.
These programs are typically self-formed groups of 8-14 interesting people who share a sense of adventure and a passion or curiosity about the focus activity. Duration may be half-day to three days:
*The "A,B,C of it" for Artists: Art, Ballooning & Creativity Day!
Picture yourself getting energized by watching a gorgeous balloon with colorful designs inflate and sail away with you on board! Just after sunrise the air is calm, the light magic and the patterns of the Napa Valley Wine Country are scenic and inspirational. The sensation of flying is gentle yet exciting and will stir your creative juices. Following breakfast you'll be ready to paint all day with Catherine Anderson, one of the great award-winning watercolorists of our time, in her cozy studio high on a mountaintop overlooking a vineyard. Beginning and Experienced Art Workshops: Breakfast and lunch included. Lodging can be arranged.

*Photography Field Trip: Ballooning through a camera lens!
Learn how to see more creatively with a stunning series of photo opportunities offered by ballooning. Brilliant patterns, action, aerial and natural worlds - we've got it all!
Our master photographer will help us expand our photographic vision and skills while we experiment with light, space, color, texture, design and composition. A unique opportunity to renew your energy and focus! Sunrise: 4-5 hours. Limited to 7-8 persons. Includes balloon activities, flight, breakfast and discussion: $249.
*Walking and Hiking Excursions work best in small self-formed groups of 6-12 persons.
*Walking tours begin with a sunrise balloon flight, and includes a delicious breakfast, a winery tour, picnic lunch and guide: $265
*Hiking tours may be "flatland", riparian streambed, mountain or varied. Sunrise to mid-afternoon, including ballooning, breakfast and picnic: $265.
*Inn-to-Inn Walking Tours can be with backpacks or with complimentary luggage transfer, and can be 1-3 nights. Prices vary accordingly.
3 Days/2 Nights (Includes Inns, breakfasts, 2 winery tours, picnic lunches, ballooning, guides, transport of luggage): $475/pp, double occupancy.
4 Days/3 Nights (Same as above, adding 1 night in additional first class inn.): $595.
*Ballooning & Bicycling Getaway Deluxe!
Includes a full day with sunrise ballooning excursion followed by a wonderful breakfast at Meadowood, where your bicycles will be waiting with your guide. After a great ride and a winery tour, you'll be ready for a gourmet picnic lunch. Complete the afternoon with more pedaling, touring and finish up with a Spa experience and massage! $398/pp. (4 persons minimum.)
Horseback riding & Ballooning:
Ah, that impulse to feel the wind in your face! There's nothing like it! We offer you gorgeous scenery for both the ballooning and the ride, with a lovely Meadowood breakfast in between: $260.
