OUR ROYAL MAJESTY SILVER GOBLET BEVERAGE SERVICE:
Your booking includes complimentary Silver Goblet Service of either Champagne, non-alcoholic Champagne or a sparkling juice of your choice and our Royal Burgundy Red Carpet service at all destinations. We always provide chilled bottled water and if you have any special requests we always do our best to accommodate them.
OUR ROYAL MAJESTY CONCIERGE SERVICES:
Many clients request special services. Some examples; we have provided dramatic floral arrangements, a wide selection of specialty champagnes and other beverage choices. Quite often we will serve a gourmet snack(s) presented on Silver Platter(s) using fine linens and nested crystal serving bowls as required. The food to be served is either provided by the client or purchased at client direction.
Let us know your wishes! We want your special event or activity to be perfect! We provide this service as a courtesy and simply pass along any purchase costs incurred based on client specific purchase authorization(s).
RATES:
Since individual client requirements define every reservation, we want to understand your overall event plan so that we can provide a quotation for your review that will meet your needs. Please use the contact button to email your service request.
Our Standard Hourly Rate is $132.50 per hour plus applicable fees based on a 3.00 hour service window and every client service is individually quoted. If your service requirement is less than 3.00 hours your hourly rate increases significantly - If it is longer than 3.00 hours your hourly rate can reduce. Our busy service times are Saturdays and Sunday so for weekday bookings (Monday through Friday) we offer a special 20% discount off our standard hourly rate - a significant consideration.
Important:
The Vehicle(s) that you reserve is/are the vehicle(s) that will provide your service - We do not overbook and/or switch vehicles. Service quotations are complete with no hidden charges. All quotations include Vehicle hourly rate, Chauffeurs Pay w/Gratuity, any applicable Travel Time, Fuel Surcharge and California PUC License fees
AVAILABILITY:
We confirm availability at the time of initial quotation and when you choose to begin the booking process we place a pre-booking hold on your vehicle and event date service times. As we always explain when we send out information on the services we provide, until you have informed us that you would like to book our services vehicle availability must always be subject to another confirmed booking occurring. It is recommended that we formalize your requirements as soon as possible to insure that our availability does not become a factor in your planning.
