We stand behind our lowest-rate guarantee, and we're confident that more than 99 percent of the time our rates will be comparable to or lower than any of our competitors'. However, if you do find a lower rate, just send us an e-mail with your confirmation number specifying the rate you found for
the same dates and the site you found it. We'll issue you a check for the difference within 1 week. |
